Stay straight to go onto ramp.

Turn RIGHT onto BROADWAY/NY-110 S.

Turn LEFT onto MERRICK RD/NY-27A.

MERRICK RD/NY-27A becomes MONTAUK HWY/NY-27A.

Drive about 1.5 miles and you'll see Suffolk Lock on the left side of the road.
